My brother talked to a shop owner yesterday and they are intersted in my hats! I am gonna be really busy for the next few weeks. I have a few friends helping me and I hope to have about 30 hats to bring to him by next month...off I go. Everyone be thinking good prodcutive thoughts for me.

I started reading "Fast Food Nation" yesterday. Very intersting reading. Here a tibit of info for file 13, The first Ronald McDonald was none other than Willard Scott!

Josh just took Megan to the grocery store for 3 neccessities...

Dog food, Oreo cookie ice cream and Pooh Bear Juice. :)

I'm watching Friends. They finally have Rachel looking pregnant. Shes like 5 months now. I was wearing maternity stuff at a little under 4 months with Megan and at 10 weeks with Dawson!

Josh was offered a situation at work where he will sell for the time being and then go back to finance once the new store is built. Looks like he is going to take that and then reevaluate the situation should anything else open up for him. I am ok with this because he will be able to take more time off to be home with us.

I have made 3 crochet hats now and my brother is working on a logo for me. I am hoping that he will be able to show them to a few places by the end of the week. All you crocheting friends, be ready, I may need your help. :)

Megan fell asleep tonight on Josh's lap watching Michael Jackson of all people. She was mesmorized. Earlier in the evening she was dancing along with Usher on the AMA's. It was funny, she was dancing in the same style as he was. If she doesn't become a perfomer, I'll eat my shoe. :p

Josh is here and ready to go at it...more tomorrow

Still no luck with a job, but this is the first time he has actively looked for one so I am hopeful. Keep your fingers crossed, he is calling about one in the morning.

I have been watching "whats eating gilbert grape." I never wanted to watch it before because it had a stupid name, but its really quite good. Leonardo DiCaprio played an amazing role as did Johnny Depp. Very touching.

Gonna go crochet some more on a hat I started this afternoon. Night all!

UGH! I accidently kept Dawson in a cloth diaper all night last night!! My bed is soaked, he was soaked, and everything STINKS! I can't believe I let him stay that way all night! I mean, he normally leaks a little in his sposie at night, this was terrible.

I have decided that Sunday will be my computer free day from now on. Since I was offline yesterday, I will say now, Happy 2nd Birthday Megan. Mommy loves you!! She has started calling herself "Mimi" Its so cute~ :)

I'm pretty flabbergasted at some of the stuff I'm reading over the past couple days online. I was talking to Roannaand she asked at what point I would say something to the "officials" if I felt that true abuse was going on in a home. Not spanking or severe yelling, but real sexual and emotional abuse. I had to think hard about it and I'm still not sure. I know that I call 911 if I see kids that aren't in carseats riding down the road. Over the internet, its not *seen.* yk? I'm a fairly reactive person anyway, and its hard to determine without seeing things for oneself how bad things really are. Sometimes people say things to get attention, or they say something and then later spell things out much differnetly and it doesn't sound so bad. There are many thoughts running through my mind on the subject. I don't fault anyone because if the neighbors are saying "they look normal to me" then from the outside, it must not appear that bad. OTOH, Lisa apparently opened up to one person who tried to get her to leave and go for help. In the end, it was up to Lisa to act. Even if the police had been called, it would have been up to Lisa to tell the truth about what was going on in her life and I'm not sure she was willing to give up the life she had to make the abuse go away. The part about the missing child though is crazy and I still dont' know what to make of it. :( Its all been runnign through my head all weekend. I can't imagine being in her shoes.
