We just got back last night after spending 4 dyas at the beach. We had a great time and it was really relaxing not to have to do too much. We did cook in most meals in, but we got out some too. We went the first morning to the ocean and Megan took off her shoes and socks and we let her walk in the water some. It got really windy while we were there though so we left and went to Wendy's for lunch. The next day we had promised to buy Megan a new helmet since I ran her's over so we found a wal mart and got her a new set. That afternoon while D napped, I got to see "Two Weeks Notice" with my sister and mom. The next day my sister's family was leaving so we hung around all morning and then Josh took Megan to the Alligator Adventure Park. They had a really good time there too. The trip down was really pretty easy despite being in the middle of the night. I had to pee really bad once and couldn't find anywhere open so I peed in a diaper which was pretty funny. I sat there for several minutes not able to go because it just wasn't natural to pee that way. Then when I started, I couldn't stop and got scared that I would over flow the diaper. All was fine though thankfully. THe trip home was in the day time and was a bit more stressful but not too bad. I'm really glad we got to go. The last time we went on vacation was almost 2 years ago. We are planning to go to the outer banks this summer and then next year at this time we hope to go to Charleston, SC. WE weren't that pleased with the resort we chose this time because they didn't have an indoor pool or a pool available to us despite the fact that they told us there was one. The rooms were nice and big but the ammenities in the room weren't as good as others we have stayed in. I can't complain though. We had an almost free vacation.
